Job Opportunity: Motion Designer

We're seeking a highly skilled motion designer to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, dynamic presentations, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop key art and design concepts from scratch, including style frames and references to communicate ideas.
  • Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of creative concepts for motion design projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all projects and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to present and justify strategy, ideation, and design concepts.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in motion designing a wide range of projects, from shorter social media-based assets to longer scripted pieces, commercial projects, and/or documentaries.
  • High-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Advanced design and composition skills, excellent understanding of motion, movement, and pacing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management, confident communication skills, including verbal, nonverbal, and online.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both individually and as part of a team.
