Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Engagement

    • Provide customized purchase and return solutions that meet guests' expectations.
    • Offer technical product education, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
    • Facilitate seamless guest transactions and execute omnichannel programs according to company standards.
    • Engage dynamically with guests and attend to their needs.
    • Address guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
    • Inform guests about local community programs and initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by celebrating differences and fostering a supportive atmosphere.
    • Establish productive relationships with team members and collaborate to ensure optimal guest experiences and store operations.
  • Store Operations
    • Perform product presentation tasks, such as restocking and maintaining store displays.
    • Use in-store technology to support store operations and enhance guest experiences.
    • Clean and maintain the luxury environment of the store as needed.
    • Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Be legally authorized to work in Australia.
  • Be willing to work a flexible schedule.
  • Move through the store to help guests and accomplish tasks.
  • Work as part of a team and complete some tasks independently.

  • High School or Secondary School diploma equivalent or above.
