Compassionate Care Worker Needed

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care worker to join our team in supporting elderly clients to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to elderly clients in their own homes.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and assist with household chores.
  • Support clients with medication management and transportation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working with clients in the community.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform duties that involve standing, walking, lifting, and bending.

What You Need:

  • Essential Requirements:
  • Cert 3 in ageing or individual support.
  • Min 1 years experience working with clients in the community.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Federal Police Check.
  • Drivers License.
  • Comprehensive Insurance on your car.
  • NDIS worker screen certificate (if applicable).
