Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve store appearance
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
