About the PositionWe seek a Home Support Worker to assist families develop practical homemaking and child-rearing skills in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Facilitating social learning, community connectedness, good health and wellbeing.
- Supporting schoolwork and positive relationships between parents and schools.
- Collaborating with other professionals and agencies using an ecological model.
- Ensuring family goals are achieved through collaboration with other professionals and agencies.
