About Our Employment Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of employment consultants in delivering exceptional person-centred services to individuals with mental health conditions.

This is a unique opportunity to build a high-quality service from the ground up, drive innovation and excellence, and deliver lasting outcomes for people living with mental health conditions and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of employment consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering high-quality services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
  • Invest in your team's development through coaching, training, and career growth opportunities.
