As a Senior Consultant, Manager, or Director, you will have the opportunity to work across all our service offerings and sectors under the guidance and mentorship of Partners with many decades of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage or deliver projects in accordance with our methodologies and procedures, including report writing and client communication.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver valuable advice and precise recommendations to clients regarding their risks, technology, business, and initiatives.
  • Lead or support business development activities, including engaging with current and potential clients, tracking engagement opportunities, and developing proposals.
  • Contribute to the development of junior staff through mentoring and collaborate with Partners in creating future business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and the broader industry, working with Partners to create future business opportunities.

About You

We are looking for highly-motivated individuals with experience in risk, technology risk, cyber, and governance-related roles who are passionate about leadership opportunities. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A strong internal drive, growth mindset, and aspirations for leadership opportunities.
  • A high level of experience in similar roles gained within the professional services industry.
  • A natural business development aptitude with evidence of existing networks.
  • Strong knowledge of business and IT-related risks, including process mapping and risk/control identification.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, work in a multi-disciplinary team, manage engagements, and deliver results.
