We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. As a key member of our Geo-environmental Design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile, complex, and challenging projects related to geo-environmental engineering, waste management, mining, hazardous dams, and other multidisciplinary engineering works throughout South Australia and interstate.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver innovative engineered environmental solutions for clients across various project execution phases.
- Contribute to the technical delivery of Geo-environmental projects, incorporating resource, financial management, risk management, and quality management.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior staff, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
- Coordinate contract management, including suppliers and sub-contractors, to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Prepare proposals and reports for clients, maintaining high standards of technical excellence.
- Maintain client contact and customer liaison, identifying safety hazards and completing OH&S incident reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical/Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar environment/role, with a strong background in geosynthetics, embankments, and earthworks.
- Highly motivated, innovative, and committed to technical excellence, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to integrate into multidisciplinary projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering client-focused services.
