Support Role Overview
The Accommodation Centre provides a welcoming environment for people travelling from rural and remote areas to receive medical treatment in Townsville. We offer accommodation to clients of hospitals, reflecting the wellbeing model with its sense of openness, welcome, and homeliness.
Opportunity Details
This role requires strong communication skills to work with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. You will need to coordinate administrative functions efficiently and be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
You must be able to use initiative, work independently, and take direction as part of a team. Your ability to be reliable, flexible, and committed to regular shifts is essential.
