The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Local PUD Allocator at our Sydney depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and allocating freight and equipment.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Co-ordinating freight and deliveries for drivers
  2. Planning and building loads in line with customer requirements
  3. Equipment and resource planning
  4. Raising and reconciling freight bills
  5. Liaising with other teams to ensure efficient operations
  6. Facilitating the retrieval and imaging of proof of delivery documentation
  7. Monitoring and reporting on fleet performance
  8. Ensuring compliance with fatigue, mass, and maintenance requirements
  9. Safeguarding workplace safety through site audits

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Prior experience in a similar role and industry
  2. Knowledge of fatigue and mass legislation
  3. An understanding of the chain of responsibility
  4. Professional presentation and communication skills
  5. Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and take responsibility
  6. A mature attitude with a logical approach to work
  7. Clear and concise communication skills
  8. Sound knowledge of metropolitan road networks
