Job Title: Software Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and enjoy strong career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, approaches, and strategies
  • Evaluate testing requirements and adapt plans as needed
  • Leverage automation tools to streamline testing processes
  • Perform manual testing when required
  • Collaborate with IT, Product, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements
  • Guide and monitor analysis, design, implementation, and execution of test cases and procedures
  • Analyze and report on test progress, product quality status, and test results
  • Manage defects for re-testing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT Testing projects and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Incremental/Iterative Software Delivery
  • Test planning and preparation skills in writing test scenarios and cases
  • Strong test execution skills in running test cases and logging defects
  • Experience working with test tools, including automated testing, mobile testing, API testing, and load testing
  • Expertise in test status reporting, test documentation, and knowledge sharing
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
