Job Title: Supply Chain Expert

At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Supply Chain Expert to join our team. As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of medical and in-home aids to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Excellence in Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, occupational therapists, healthcare facility staff, hospitals, and nursing facilities.
  • Equipment Loading and Delivery: Load and deliver equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Delivery and Pickup Services: Undertake deliveries and pickups of living aids to private homes, aged care facilities, and hospitals.
  • Equipment Assembly and Support: Assemble equipment and provide client support through demonstration, adjustment, and installation.
  • Time Management and Administration: Manage your time efficiently and effectively complete administrative duties.
  • Warehouse Duties: Perform warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales and customer service is essential.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Organisational and Time Management Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Manual Handling: Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
