About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Washroom Services Operator to join our team of technicians. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our products in customer washrooms, ensuring a high level of service and compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of washroom products, including sanitary and nappy bins, soap dispensers, air fresheners, and sharps disposal units.
  • Compliance with safety procedures and training.
  • Providing 5-star service to customers.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service standards and providing solution options to customers.
  • Timely reporting of any site discrepancies.

Requirements
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • A current Working with Children Check (preferred but must be able to obtain).
