About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Experience Leader to join our team in Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing up to 30 staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift management.
- Leading the Front of House operational facets of the business.
- Ensuring adherence to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
- Identifying opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs.
- Driving a positive working environment and leading by example as a senior restaurant leader.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated hospitality experience within a high-volume restaurant environment (2-3 years).
- Qualifications in Hospitality are preferred; however, not essential.
- Proven management experience with outstanding leadership capability and customer service focus.
- Can-do attitude with the ability to act efficiently and resiliently.
- Australian Working Rights.
