About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Leader to join our team in Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing up to 30 staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift management.
  • Leading the Front of House operational facets of the business.
  • Ensuring adherence to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Identifying opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs.
  • Driving a positive working environment and leading by example as a senior restaurant leader.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated hospitality experience within a high-volume restaurant environment (2-3 years).
  • Qualifications in Hospitality are preferred; however, not essential.
  • Proven management experience with outstanding leadership capability and customer service focus.
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to act efficiently and resiliently.
  • Australian Working Rights.
