Customer Service Representative

About The Role
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our business and bring to life what we are famous for - our friendly service.

Working throughout the store, you will perform various tasks such as:

  • Stocking shelves and keeping them tidy for a smooth shopping experience.
  • Displaying fresh produce to showcase our products.
  • Picking online orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank customers for shopping with us.
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure safety for everyone, including hazard reporting.
  • Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products.
