Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the total care of our residents, including physical, emotional, and wellbeing needs. You will work collaboratively with our teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

You will also act as a role model by adhering to safe practice measures in medication management, providing leadership to others, and promoting a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.

Requirements
  • Critical thinking and effective communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to resident wellbeing
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree
  • AHPRA Registration with no restriction
  • Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
