About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Baker to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and recipes.
Requirements
  • Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Reliability and willingness to work in a team environment.
