At Glenny Kebabs, we are a dynamic and innovative food brand that is reinventing the kebab industry.

We have 5 outlets in Melbourne and are expanding nationwide. We are passionate about delivering high-quality food, exceptional customer service, and creating an engaging work environment for our team members.

The role of Team Leader/Supervisor is a key position in our business, requiring a proactive leader who can manage successful business operations, develop and support team members, and maintain the highest standards of product quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage successful business operations, including overseeing the team and attending to managerial duties.
  • Develop, support, train and coach team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Support assistant venue managers and venue managers to achieve business goals and maintain financial performance.
  • Reduce wastage and spoilage of products, manage team member shifts around budget and legal obligations, and ensure timely completion of all daily and weekly tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality industry or similar.
  • Strong connection with team and people to maintain a strong culture and build on team performance.
  • Proactive leadership, ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and willingness to provide ongoing feedback and have difficult conversations when required.
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and ability to multi-task and organise shifts to meet deadlines.
  • Possess a passion for customer service and food.
