Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled tug operator to contribute to our Gladstone Towage operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient towing services, ensuring the well-being of our crew and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate tug vessels in compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-tow inspections to guarantee vessel safety and optimal performance.
  • Develop effective tow plans to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certified with an unrestricted Master Class 4 or higher certificate of competency issued by AMSA.
  • Hold a current AMSA medical and MSIC certification.
