We operate a vast network of supermarkets across Australia, and as part of our team, you'll be instrumental in helping us meet the needs of our customers.


Role Overview

As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), your primary responsibility will be to safely navigate local neighborhoods to deliver customer orders. This may involve working varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Pick and pack orders to the highest standard for efficient delivery.
  • Interact with customers to provide great service experiences, demonstrating enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

Requirements
  • An Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and a clean driving record.
  • The confidence to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying groceries from the van to delivery points.
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days.
