The Role

  2. Anticipate guest needs and provide knowledgeable service regarding menu options, beverage selections, and daily specials.
  3. Inspire and lead your team, fostering a culture that reflects commitment to high standards and exceptional service.
  4. Communicate expectations, recognise team performance, and ensure consistent delivery of desired business outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with management to oversee daily operations and guarantee adherence to service standards, departmental policies, and hotel procedures.
  6. Champion menu offerings, providing guests with insightful recommendations and expertly curated food-and-beverage pairings.
  7. Interface with kitchen staff to manage timing for meal delivery, address special requests, and ensure product availability.
  8. Analyse guest feedback through comments, reviews, and direct interactions, using this input to drive continuous improvement in service quality.
