Aged Care Support Worker

DPV Health is seeking experienced casual Aged Care Support Workers to join our Centre-Based programs in Meadow Heights, Craigieburn, and Mill Park. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and facilitate group programs tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of our clients.
- Provide direct support to individuals during program delivery, including personal care, behavioral, physical, and social supports.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of all clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and representatives to ensure quality services and outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and listen to clients' concerns to address their needs.
- Certificate IV Disability/Aged Care or Individual Support, or currently working towards a relevant qualification.
- Understanding of working with aged care and its complexities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and families.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to create a positive culture.
