Aptella is seeking a skilled Support Technician to join their team in Perth, WA. As a key member of the Support Services team, you will provide technical support to customers in relation to service, hire, and sales of GIS/Mapping, GPS, Total Station, Machine Control, and Software solutions.

  • Provide technical phone support to customers
  • Manage support cases within the Case Management Framework
  • Field support for Geo-Spatial and/or Mining products, including Machine Control products
  • Internal support for the Field Services Team
  • Assist the Pre-Delivery Team Leader in setting up hire equipment and Geo-Spatial deliveries
  • Assist the Field Services Scheduler with field service requirements and scheduling
  • Customer liaison to assist with delivery requirements and system setup
  • Deliver basic user training to customers
