Business Discipline Leader Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to provide strategic direction and guidance for our Business discipline. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about education and leadership.

The appointee will be responsible for leading and facilitating adherence to our policies, procedures, and quality frameworks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership of the Business discipline
  • Leading and facilitating adherence to our policies and procedures
  • Supervising and coordinating courses at various campuses
  • Teaching higher education courses
  • Supporting senior leaders in implementing an academic scholarship culture
  • Maintaining effective communication with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders
  • Participating in governance committees and activities
  • Providing support, guidance, and mentorship to faculty members

Qualifications and skills required include:

  • Leadership and management experience
  • Ability to manage and work collaboratively in a collegiate environment
  • Experience and knowledge of curriculum planning, content delivery, and assessment in the relevant field of education
  • Ability to deliver and assess higher education courses
  • Doctoral qualification or equivalent
