In this role, you will work closely with clients in their own homes and within our wellness centre, providing tailored physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans to help them achieve their physical goals. Your dedication and expertise will be essential in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Develop and implement effective physiotherapy treatment plans that cater to individual client needs
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, fostering trust and open communication
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy, ensuring high-quality care for our clients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care and address complex client needs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge to better serve our clients

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the relevant regulatory body
  • Experience working with elderly clients, particularly in a home-based setting, is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with older adults
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor
