About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at St. Joseph's Mews retirement living apartments in Hawthorn.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met with a smile and a sense of community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintenance Coordination: Assist residents with maintenance requests, ensure common areas are clean and tidy, and report any issues for repair or maintenance.">
• Lifestyle and Hospitality: Coordinate taxi collections, arrange pharmacy prescriptions, and respond to medical needs and lifestyle-related requests.">
• Administrative Support: Assist at in-house events, attend to administrative tasks, and provide general support to the team.">

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a hospitality setting.">
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.">
• Certifications: Hold a Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and First Aid Level 2 Certificate.">
