About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Arc Staff. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Logistics: Manage and update the dispatch calendar for deliveries, maintain and adhere to Warehouse Management System (WMS) and MYOB systems.
  • Inventory Management: Assign stock to appropriate bin locations, ensure timely stock updates, and maintain databases, scheduling boards, and spreadsheets.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, respond to transport quote requests from sales within 24 hours, and ensure adequate levels of sundry items.
  • Warehouse Operations: Organize dispatch yard for efficient dispatch and QA checks, procure reliable and cost-effective freight carriers, and confirm and book dispatches at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records, prepare and process dispatch paperwork, and ensure it is scanned and stored in EXO/MYOB.
Requirements
  • Experience: Solid Combi Fork experience or Reach fork experience, previous Dispatch Coordinator/Forklift experience a big bonus.
  • Skills: Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software and databases, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent phone manner.
  • Education: Forklift License mandatory.
