Are you looking to make a positive impact in the mental health sector?

We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team, focused on developing career paths for individuals working in, entering or considering employment in the relevant industry.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Mental Health qualification, along with experience in training and assessment. Additionally, they should possess excellent written and communication skills, as well as previous VET training experience with international students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Deliver high-quality training programs that meet industry standards
  • Assess learner competency against set criteria
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders

**Requirements**:

  • Diploma of Mental Health or equivalent tertiary qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Previous VET training experience with international students
