Seeking a Professional Horse Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Horse Trainer to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for training and educating young horses, managing and leading a team of stable staff, and assisting the head trainer with all horses and training duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and educate young horses to reach their full potential
  • Lead and manage a team of stable staff to ensure effective operations
  • Collaborate with the head trainer to achieve shared goals and objectives

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience in horse training and handling, or at least 2 years of highly relevant experience and a relevant qualification. Additionally, they should possess excellent horsemanship skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
