Procurement Specialist RoleJob Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team and help shape smarter procurement processes with a flexible work environment and purpose-driven impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and stakeholder insights to support procurement activity and decision-making
  • Working closely with senior leadership and category managers to analyze supplier performance, spend visibility, market trends, and risk factors
  • Supporting ESG and modern slavery reporting by gathering and interpreting supplier data
  • Process improvement, including refining workflows, updating procurement templates and policies, and identifying automation opportunities using tools like Power BI or Excel
Requirements:
  • A detail-oriented analyst with a passion for procurement data
  • Strong Excel skills, capable of building reports and dashboards
  • Experience with Power BI or Oracle is a plus but not mandatory
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage your workload independently while contributing to team goals
