At a mid-sized accounting firm, we empower people to realise their possibilities. Our experienced Superannuation team is seeking an Accountant with a passion for Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs).

About the Role

We provide compliance and accounting services across a broad range of SMSFs, working closely with our Business Services and Private Wealth Advisors to offer holistic wealth solutions.

  • Prepare financial statements, annual returns, BAS, IAS, Annual GST Returns and other compliance documents for SMSF clients.
  • Compile information to support the transactions of the SMSF.
  • Identify accounting and compliance issues, ensuring legislative requirements are met.

To succeed in this role, you will have completed or be completing postgraduate qualifications such as CA or CPA, and bring prior 1-2 years of experience within a similar position.

Key strengths include analytical/problem-solving ability, attention to detail, relationship building skills, time management, teamwork, and soft skills development.
