About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at the Sheridan University Hill Outlet during the Christmas period.

This is a casual role, requiring flexibility to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods. Availability is required from November 2024 through to January 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a smile and assist them in finding items
  • Ensure the store remains visually appealing by replenishing stock and maintaining a tidy environment
  • Create a magical shopping experience for customers during the holiday season
  • No prior experience is necessary, as induction and training will be provided to ensure success
Requirements
  • You enjoy interacting with people and have the confidence to engage in conversations with customers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
  • You are able to manage your time efficiently and work with confidence in a fast-paced environment
  • You are adaptable and proactive, with the ability to show initiative, problem-solve, and ask questions when needed
