Job Role Overview

Lead the Technical Engineering Function

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled engineering professional to lead our technical engineering operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining aircraft safety, and supporting internal and external engineering services.

  • Drive safety, reliability, and compliance across aircraft maintenance and engineering programs
  • Oversight of Technical Services and Reliability engineering functions within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO)
  • Ensure CASA Part 42 regulations and Continuing Airworthiness requirements are met
  • Manage approved maintenance programs and implement Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM)

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years in aircraft engineering and/or maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong understanding of CASA Part 42 regulations and Continuing Airworthiness requirements
  • Technical knowledge and experience from aircraft OEMs Airbus, Bombardier and Boeing
