- Assisting with Claims: Provide support to clients with claims, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
- 12 Months of Experience in Insurance: Possess at least 12 months of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 Qualifications in General Insurance Broking: Hold Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualifications in General Insurance Broking, or be willing to pursue further education and training.
- Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and quality advice.
