Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Service Broker to join our fast-paced office in Brisbane. As a key member of our National Service Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our brokers with enquiries, liaising with underwriters, and quoting new business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting National Service Team: Provide exceptional support to our National Service Team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing of new business, endorsements, and cancellations.
  2. Supporting Brokers with Enquiries: Respond to broker enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to support their business needs.
  3. Liaising with Underwriters: Build strong relationships with underwriters to ensure smooth processing of new business and efficient resolution of claims.
  4. Quoting New Business: Provide accurate and competitive quotes for new business opportunities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Placing Cover through Online Platforms: Utilize online platforms to place cover for clients, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
  6. Processing New Business, Endorsements, and Cancellations: Process new business, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  7. Assisting with Claims: Provide support to clients with claims, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
Requirements
  1. 12 Months of Experience in Insurance: Possess at least 12 months of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  2. Tier 1 or Tier 2 Qualifications in General Insurance Broking: Hold Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualifications in General Insurance Broking, or be willing to pursue further education and training.
  3. Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and quality advice.
  4. Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
