At Lion, we're on the lookout for a skilled Technical Brewer (Internally known as the Production Brewer) to join our collaborative and fun team in Geelong on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our brews not only taste incredible but are consistently top-notch. If you've got a passion for brewing and a knack for process improvement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our brewing team to deliver high-quality products, every time.
  • Champion continuous improvement, tweaking processes to enhance our brews.
  • Elevate the quality of our beer with your technical expertise – because good beer matters.
  • Lead the charge on brewing safety and ensure everyone's working smart and safely.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of brewing processes, safety standards, and quality controls.
  • Technical brewing skills (think malt, yeast management, and brewhouse levers).
  • A leader who can foster a positive, engaged, and safety-first culture in the brewery.
  • A continuous improvement mindset – always looking for ways to make things easier, faster, and more cost-effective.
