We are seeking a reliable and motivated Insulation Technician to assist with residential works across South East Queensland.

This role involves removing and installing insulation in roof cavities, installing roof ventilation, pressure cleaning roofs and solar panels, and cleaning gutters. As an Insulation Technician, you will be working on and in people's homes, performing a variety of tasks to complete the works, most of which will be working in ceiling cavities.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a labourer, preferably with a minimum of one year of experience. A Working at Heights Certificate and White Card are highly desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Removing and installing insulation in roof cavities
  • Installing roof ventilation
  • Pressure cleaning roofs and solar panels
  • Cleaning gutters

A Construction Induction White Card and a full open licence are required, along with a reliable car. The role requires a high level of physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces.

We offer a small tight knit team, full training, and Monday-Friday work starting at 6:30am with occasional Saturday work. This is a permanent full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
