About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing clerical duties within the Medical Record Department, including liaising with staff, clients and their families, and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Record Department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Liaise with staff, clients and their families to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in clerical duties, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients and their families.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
