Health Insurance Advisor

As a key player in our sales team, you will be surrounded by supportive colleagues and managers who will give you the trust and time to interact with customers to deliver health solutions and claim resolutions that are meaningful to them.
This role is tailor-made for professionals who love connecting with customers and want to help them get the best possible value and benefits from their health insurance.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual recommendations of suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs
- Developing relationships to promote our brand and products
- Taking a customer-centric approach to ensure customers understand the full value of their health insurance product
You will also have the opportunity to assist existing members in their day-to-day transactions, provide solutions to identified concerns or needs, and educate members on all the benefits they can access.
