Cyber Security Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Validate security controls against Macquarie's cyber security standards and industry cybersecurity frameworks.
- Document and report security assessment results.
- Review Macquarie's security capabilities and provide recommendations.
- Work with stakeholders to provide security advisory and assist in understanding security risks and remediation activities.
- 5+ years' experience in Cyber Security consulting or IT auditing roles.
- Familiarity and experience in formal security architecture aspects, including logical and physical security architecture/design.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, and secure application development.
- Experience working with public cloud, containers, Kubernetes and related technologies is advantageous.
- Experience in engineering, designing security solutions, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, vulnerability management, and application development is advantageous.
