About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Gaming Operations Manager to lead our gaming team and ensure seamless operations.
  • As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth.
  • You will oversee daily gaming activities, develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer experience, and work closely with our events team to create engaging promotions.
  • In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will also be expected to mentor and train junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on gaming activities, including player statistics and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Monitor and enforce Responsible Gambling practices, ensuring that all customers receive excellent support and guidance.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

About You:

  • Proven experience in gaming operations, preferably in a senior management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A deep understanding of Responsible Gambling principles and regulatory requirements.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding business targets.
