We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer and Sonographer to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a key member of our medical imaging facility, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, operating and maintaining imaging equipment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnostic Imaging Procedures: Perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and ultrasound, to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure it is always in good working condition, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal patient care.
- Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and answering any questions they may have, to ensure a positive and comfortable experience.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all relevant information is documented and easily accessible.
- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary degree in sonography and radiography, and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience working as a Radiographer, with a strong understanding of diagnostic imaging procedures and equipment.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
