Plant Mechanic Job

We are seeking a skilled Plant Mechanic to join our team in the Karratha region.

This role involves assisting in the diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing of heavy machinery. Your responsibilities will include visiting customer sites throughout the Karratha Region, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and servicing, and managing work orders effectively.

  • Assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing heavy machinery.
  • Visit customer sites throughout the Karratha Region to perform repairs, maintenance, and servicing.
  • Manage work orders efficiently and prioritize tasks accordingly.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A recognized Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate from an Australian institution.
  • Dealership or field diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative without direct supervision.
  • Commitment to ensuring machine availability and uptime.
  • A valid driver's license with LR or HR endorsement preferred.
  • High Risk Work License (HRWL) such as LF, DG, WP, and Working at Heights certification.
