**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Program Coordination:**
    • Coordinate training programs and workshops, ensuring seamless execution and effective delivery.
  • **Needs Assessment:**
    • Collaborate with department heads and employees to identify training needs and create tailored programs that meet business objectives.
  • **Delivery & Facilitation:**
    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, utilizing engaging and effective delivery methods.
  • **Tracking & Evaluation:**
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making improvements as needed to ensure maximum impact.
  • **Administrative Support:**
    • Maintain accurate training records, handle logistics, and manage the training budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator / Training Scheduler in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage and motivate employees.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Flexibility to travel interstate, approximately 20% of the time, to support training programs and initiatives.
