Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and passionate People Coordinator to join our organization.
- We are seeking someone with 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in professional services or legal.
- The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications (degree level preferred) or equivalent strong educational background in business administration or HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for any people-related enquiries within your assigned group.
- Facilitate new starter inductions and trainings, and provide overflow support to other national offices.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate background screening processes.
- Audit and maintain the ATS system, ensuring talent pools are up-to-date.
- Create and update candidate profiles for client presentations as needed.
- Support the practicing certificate renewal process.
- Manage time recording processes for talent in Australia.
Event Coordination and Administration
- Organize internal events, including Christmas parties and end of financial year gatherings.
- Support client-facing events by managing venue bookings, invitations, and logistics.
- Handle general office administration, including stationery ordering and couriers.
- Provide administrative support to our HQ teams across Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane.
