Verra Mobility, a global leader in smart mobility technology, seeks an experienced Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and support across its Road Safety Technology operations.
- Job Summary:
- This permanent, full-time role is based in Melbourne, Australia, and involves overseeing business support functions, leading a team, and ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
About the Role:
You will take ownership of business support across APAC Operations, leading a team that underpins contract delivery, client service, and compliance. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the business support function, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, providing clear communication and effective resolution.
- Overseeing training records and maintaining essential safety and compliance documentation.
- Managing operational databases covering inventory, repairs, subcontractor records, quotations, invoices, and staff leave.
- Driving purchasing and invoicing activities.
- Supporting project financials with cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A background in Business Administration, fostering a positive team culture.
- Experience in managing business support and administration within complex technical environments.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
