About the Role\

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Regional Council, providing critical frontline support to the community. You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, processing applications, handling payments, and coordinating with internal departments.

About You\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Government experience, preferably in a customer-facing role\
  • A strong ability to navigate systems and manage high volumes of work\
  • Proven customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication\
  • A high attention to detail and accuracy in a process-driven environment\
