As a Claims Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of insurance operations. Your key responsibility will be to drive customer-focused claims solutions while influencing our broader insurance strategy.

About the Role:

  • You will set direction and deliver strategic objectives across the insurance operations team.
  • Leverage your expertise in claims handling to support transformation projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
  • Partner with senior leaders, industry experts, and cross-functional teams to build insurance capability, uplift knowledge across the business, and embed best practices across claims, underwriting, and Insurance Claims Contact Centre.
