Renal Hostel Operations Manager

This role involves coordinating the operations of a renal hostel in a culturally secure and clinically safe manner. The ideal candidate will have experience managing staff who work on a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week roster.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the daily operations of the renal hostel
- Manage staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving operational efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
