About This Role

The Supply Chain Partner position involves supporting the Corporate Procurement Team to ensure accurate inventory management and pricing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing product availability and pricing on systems.
  • Database administration and reporting.
  • Overseeing stocktakes and variance reporting.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to reduce spend.
  • Assisting in tender responses and new site set-ups.

This role requires a strong understanding of pharmacy operations, contract management, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Communicating with sites regarding information accuracy and issues.
  • Actioning stock orders and transfers.
  • Liaising with vendors about availability issues and substitutions.
  • Supporting team members and site Purchasing staff.

Proven organisational and time management skills are essential for this position.

A high level of oral and written communication is required.

Ability to work discretely and maintain confidentiality is necessary.
