Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at our state-of-the-art distribution center in Melbourne's West. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling docks for all outbound loads and shipments, releasing orders for manual full pallet picking, and preparing outbound shipping paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule docks for all outbound loads and shipments
  • Release orders for manual full pallet picking (customer orders and co-packing)
  • Prepare outbound shipping paperwork for local and international freight
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient scheduling, delivery, and pickup of containers and trucked loads
  • Provide administrative support to internal warehouse teams

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment with knowledge of logistics and distribution center operations
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Safety-first approach
  • Passion for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM advantageous)
